How do you express the craft and beauty captured within a perfect dining experience?
When chef and owners Ian and Erin Muntzert approached me with the concept and dining experience they wanted to create with Brasa Haya, I jumped at the chance to help realize their vision. 
While the realities of the pandemic required us to work remotely, the shared understanding of the food and drink culture they aimed to promote made for fast design iterations and a rapid selection process. 
Inspired by the artistic and culinary culture of Spain, matched with a desire to return to a more soulful, regionally sourced style of cooking, Brasa Haya uses a minimal and muted palette and pairs it with a mark that is more akin to that of an artist's signature. A signature that embodies the care and quality that is infused throughout the Brasa Haya dining experience.
